Henriquez v. Adoption Centre, Inc.
690 So. 2d 613, 1997 Fla. App. LEXIS 1004, 1997 WL 63674
Opinions
We reverse the final judgment of adoption because the grandparents, who are parties to one of the consolidated cases below, were not given notice of the final hearing and were thus denied an opportunity to be heard. See § 63.122(2), Fla. Stat. (1995); Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.080; see also § 63.0425, Fla. Stat. (1993); In re Adoption of a Minor Child, 593 So.2d 185 (Fla.1991).
REVERSED and REMANDED.
