PER CURIAM.

Order of county court, directing the sale of the mortgaged premises herein, modified by adding the words, “provided the same can be sold for an amount sufficient to pay the mortgage debt, interest, costs, and all expenses of sale, so as to avoid any deficiency judgment herein,” and, as thus modified, affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party.
