Whereas by a former Order of this Court, bearing date the 5th of July last, It was Ordered That The moneys in the hands of the Marshal, do so remain, until This Court take further Order therein; Now upon Consideration thereof this day had by this Court, It is further Ordered That The aforesaid Moneys be brought by the said Marshal unto this Court, on Thursday the 29th of this instant November.
