Re: Prince Thomas-Harris; WR-83;896-01 Rigoberto Guerrero; WR-83,899..:01

Dear Ms. Reyes:

Enclosed please firid a courtesy copy of the above ·mentioned Petitioners. In regards to Rigoberto Guerrero, I filed a prior 11.07 Writ on his behalf; however, that. Writ was subsequently dismissed and has been refiled. This Petition was dismissed for non compliance with Tex. App. Rule 73.l(f) (word count certificate).

I anticipate the same problem with Prince Thomas-Harris and my courtesy copy does comply with Tex R. App. Proc. 73.1(£). Hopefully, this will avert a·dismissal.

As per our discussion on 10/14/15, I hope that my clients' Petitions can be considered by the Court now that I am in compliance with Rule 73.1(£). I appreciate your help and courtesy. Thank you.
