Ratliff, 130 U.S. 2521 14 15 (2010). If it is determined that Plaintiff’s EAJA fees are not subject to any offset allowed under 16 the Department of the Treasury’s Offset Program, then the check for EAJA fees shall be made 17 payable to the Olinsky Law Group, based upon Plaintiff’s assignment of these amounts to 18 Plaintiff’s attorney.
