TALIAFERRO, Judge. ■

The record in this case is incomplete. The note of evidence is not therein, and without same judgment by this Court cannot be pronounced. Also, the record is not certified to by the Clerk of Court.

For said reasons the record will be returned to the Lower Court for completion in the respects mentioned, and promptly thereafter be returned to this Court. And, it is so ordered.
