This is a taxpayer’s action against the city of New York, the members of its board of estimate and apportionment and five other defendants, New York City Omnibus Corporation, Madison Avenue Coach Company, Inc., Comprehensive Omnibus Corporation, Fifth Avenue Coach Company and East Side Omnibus Corporation.
