In an action between rival claimants to a death benefit payable by a teachers’ retirement system, order denying appellant’s motion to vacate or modify the demand for a bill of particulars of the allegations in the cross complaint respecting fraud, undue influence, and coercion, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. (See Parker-Lauer Realty Go. V. Long Island R. R. Co., 263 App. Div. 955.) Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
