Plaintiff withdraws her Motion to Remand [Doc. # 13], the July 11, 2025 6 hearing on the Motion to Remand is VACATED, and the action shall 7 therefore remain in this Court;! 8 2. Defendants shall file a response (by answer or motion), reserving all 9 defenses, except improper service of process and improper venue, to 10 Plaintiff's Complaint by no later than July 25, 2025; and 11 3.
