ON RETURN TO REMAND
We remanded this case, 587 So.2d 435, to the circuit court to conduct a Batson1 hearing, after which, the court concluded that the appellant must receive a new trial. There is nothing further for this court to consider and we therefore dismiss this appeal.
APPEAL DISMISSED.
