Opinion

It is ordered and adjudged by this Court that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed by virtue of Buie XIX of this Court, the Court finding that the judgment of the Court of Appeals, reversing that of the common pleas, was based, at least partly, on the ground that the judgment was not sustained by sufficient evidence.

Judgment affirmed.
