It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: That for the reasons stated in the Court's Opinion and Order dated June 3, 2025, Petitioner's petition to vacate under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is DENIED. As Petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not be issued. See 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2); Gray v.
