Opinion

In re Exchange Oil and Gas Corp., and Hibernia National Bank, applying for cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit. 384 So.2d 560.

Granted. Relator’s contention that he has been denied the possibility of reargument before a five-judge panel, La.Const. art. 5, § 8(B) (1974), is correct. The case is remanded to the court of appeal for reargument.

DIXON, C. J., would deny the writ.
