Opinion

In re Hycel, Inc., applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit. Parish of Orleans. 384 So.2d 560.

Granted. Relator’s contention that he has been denied the possibility of reargument before a five-judge panel, La.Const. art. 5, § 8(B) (1974), is correct. The case is remanded to the court of appeal for reargument.

DIXON, C. J., would deny the writ.
