Appellant filed a petition for rehearing en banc.

Chief Judge Wilkins and Judges Widener, Wilkinson, Niemeyer, Williams, Traxler, Gregory, Shedd and Duncan voted against rehearing en banc. Judge Williams wrote an [798]*798opinion respecting the denial of rehearing and Judge Luttig wrote an opinion dissenting from the denial of rehearing.
The Court denies the petition for rehearing en banc.
