Opinion
Pursuant to the State’s proper confession of error, we remand this case to the trial court to correct the written delinquency order to reflect the fact that respondent was found guilty of simple battery under Count 1 and resisting an officer without violence in Count 2. D.B. v. State, 689 So.2d 420 (Fla. 4th DCA 1997).
In all other respects, the order is affirmed.
