Opinion

Bill seeks to have investigation of property bought of defendants by plaintiffs’ testator, under warrant that 380 acres were clear of legal encumbrances, whereas original grant had been void, the land having been already set aside for Purrysburgh Township; claims that defendants obtained by trickery signed agreement of plaintiffs’ testator that land was clear; seeks injunction to prevent Laurens’ suit at law on bond for purchase price.
