MEMORANDUM OF DECISION de PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR COUNSEL FEES, POST JUDGMENT (139)
On motion (118) the court found the plaintiff has an earning capacity of at least $50,000 annually. She has testified that she has not looked for employment in 2001 for reasons the court finds do not justify her failure to exercise her skills.
