Motion for stay granted on condition that the appellant procures the record on appeal and appellant’s points to be served and filed on or before February 2, 1960, with notice of argument for the March 1960 Term of this court, and upon the further condition that the appellant pays for the use and occupancy of the subject apartment on the first day of each month until the hearing and determination of the appeal.
