Darville v. State
658 So. 2d 1255, 1995 Fla. App. LEXIS 9159, 1995 WL 509312
Opinion
The appellant, Karen Darville, appeals her conviction for conspiracy to sell cocaine and argues that the evidence was insufficient to prove a conspiracy. We disagree and affirm the conviction, but reverse that portion of the judgment in which the trial court prospectively awarded appellate attorney’s fees. See Anderson v. State, 632 So.2d 132 (Fla. 4th DCA 1994).
