Opinion

Upon Motion of Mr. Whitaker of the Complainants Council this day made to this Court for Confirming the Decree of the Court in this Cause made the 17th of November last past, the said Decree drawn up in form was now read in presence of Mr. Hargrave of the Defendants Council. Whereupon, and upon hearing of the said Defendants Council and what was Alledged on Either side. It is this day Ordered that the said Decree be confirmed and made Absolute.
