On Motion this day made by Mr. Whitaker of the Complainants Council praying for a Referrence to the Master in Chancery to Settle the Accounts between the Complainant and Defendants.
Ordered that the Master of this Court do Examine what is due upon the Complainants Mortgage and do fully State and report the same to this Court without delay.
