Opinion

BOLIN, Judge.

The claims herein are identical in every respect with those outlined in a companion case, Parker v. Smith et al., 147 So.2d 414, except Mrs. Corkern, plaintiff, herein, was the daughter of the deceased. At the time of the accident, she was married to Dr. Robert Corkern and had resided at Alexandria for a number of years. For the reasons set forth in the companion case, the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellants’ costs.

Affirmed.
