ON ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
This court entered an order for the appellant, Israel Concepcion, to show cause why he should not be barred from filing further pro se postconviction motions or appeals challenging the sentence imposed in case no. 95-9428. After consideration of the appellant’s response to the show cause order, see State v. Spencer, 751 So.2d 47 (Fla.1999), we hereby dismiss the show cause order and decline to take further action.
