Opinion

ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

In accordance with the state’s confession of error and our own review of the record, we agree that the trial court miscalculated the appellant’s credit for time served. Accordingly, the credit awarded shall be increased from 190 days to 220 days, so that the defendant’s state prison sentence will end on or about April 13, 1997. The cause is remanded to accomplish this purpose.
