Motion for stay denied without prejudice to its renewal if for any reason attributable to the respondents the proceeding is not argued at the September 1962 Term. Rule VII of the rules of this court should be utilized in the preparation of record and briefs. Order of Special Term denying stay, affirmed, without costs. Bergan, P. J., Gibson, Herlihy, Reynolds and Taylor, JJ., concur.
