Opinion
The prior opinion of this court, Ala.Civ. App., 405 So.2d 928, has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court. Ala., 405 So.2d 932. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion of August 22, 1980, this cause is now affirmed.
AFFIRMED.
