Action by infant to recover damages for personal injuries received while he was on the premises of defendant as a trespasser or bare licensee; and by his mother to recover loss of services. Judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of plaintiffs’ evidence unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Davis, JJ.
