In re Butler, Millicent; — Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of E. Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court Div. A, Nos. 453,-009; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 99 CW 2166.

Granted. Judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the trial court striking the jury trial is reinstated. See Guzman v. Crispy Catfish and Seafood, Inc., 95-3031 (La.2/16/96), 667 So.2d 1037.
