PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to the Supreme Court’s order of remand 368 So.2d 1285 in this cause, we have heard oral argument thereon and have [253]*253considered the totality of the record in light of the provisions of Section 924.33, Florida Statutes (1977). Based thereon, we find the alleged error to be harmless and hereby affirm the judgment and sentence appealed.

Affirmed.
