Opinion

MADDOX, Justice.

After reviewing the opinion of the Court of Civil Appeals, Bronner v. Gatewood, 512 So.2d 102 (Ala.Civ.App.1986), and after considering the briefs of the parties and the arguments presented to the Court, we are of the opinion that the judgment of the Court of Civil Appeals is due to be affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
