Mr. Graeme of the Plaintiff’s Council appearing this Day in Court Moved that the Cause might be heard But Mr. Lewis of Council for the Defendant not being able to attend by reason of his Indisposition, It is therefore Ordered that the Hearing of the Same be Adjourned till to morrow morning.
