Opinion

Upon Motion of Mr. Graeme of Council for the Plaintiff, that a Day may be appointed for arguing the Demurrer Entred in this Cause and Sett down for Hearing, It is Ordered by his Excellency that Friday the Eighth of June next be appointed for that purpose, And that Publick Notice be given thereof and his Majesty’s Counsel Summoned to attend pursuant to Law.
