W. SHARP, Judge.

■ We affirm the trial court’s summary denial of Boudreaux’s motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. See Motes v. State, 684 So.2d 852 (Fla. 5th DCA 1996); Miller v. State, 678 So.2d 465 (Fla. 3d DCA 1996).

AFFIRMED.
