On Remand from Supreme Court

BRADLEY, Judge.

Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama [366 So.2d 1125] it is considered that this cause should be reversed and remanded to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Bessemer Division, for entry of a judgment not inconsistent with the opinion of the Supreme Court of Alabama rendered in this matter on January 5, 1979.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
