ELLIS, Judge.

For the reasons assigned on the question of liability in the case of Buford v. Combs, [478]*478La.App., 50 So.2d 469, plaintiff herein is entitled to a judgment.

We are of the opinion that the judgment of the District Court is correct and it is accordingly afl&rmed.
