Motion for leave to appeal granted. On the court’s own motion, all proceedings pursuant to the order of the Appellate Division are stayed pending the hearing and determination of the appeal herein on condition that the appeal be argued or submitted at the June, 1975 session of the Court of Appeals, the appellant’s papers on appeal to be served and filed on or before April 21, 1975 and the respondent’s on or before May 12, 1975.
