Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is ah appeal by L. Z.' Baker, one of four defendants who were convicted of breaking and entering with the intent to commit petty larceny.

The court has carefully considered the record on appeal and the briefs of counsel for the parties. From such consideration we find no reversible error.

Affirmed.
