On March 27, 1967, plaintiff brought this action against defendant unions in the New York Supreme Court, Bronx County. Two days later defendants removed the case to this court, claiming federal jurisdiction upon the asserted ground that the complaint alleges violations under Section 8(b) (4) (B), (C) and (D) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 158(b) (4) (B), (C) and (D) ;
