On Motion of Mr. Rutledge of Counsel for the Plaintiff (Mr. Lewis the Defendant’s Counsel being also present) That the Books of accounts relating to the Vendue which the Defendant, referrs to in his Answer, be deposited in the hands of the Master, and that he make his Report thereon, It is Ordered accordingly.
