Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered Hovember 29, 1949, in Hew York County, which granted a motion by petitioner for an injunction pursuant to section 964 of the Penal Law restraining appellant from using the name Contracting Plumbers Association of Brooklyn and Queens, Inc., and particularly the words “Contracting Plumbers Association” in its business.
Order affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent.
