Opinions

The judgment appealed from is reversed on the authority ofHudson v. Hudson, 373 So.2d 310 (Ala. 1979). Having considered the record and briefs, we hereby remand the case for the entry of an order dismissing the cause and assessing costs against petitioner, including fees of the guardians ad litem for legal services rendered in the trial and on the appeal.

REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
