Opinion
The District Court gave judgment in favor of the American Automobile Insurance Company for the exact amounts paid by it as compensation to Mr. Kurzweg and to Henry Demby; for the amounts expended by it for surgical and hospital expenses to the same parties; and for the proven damage to the Oldsmobile sedan. These amounts were proven and are not here contested.
