Opinion

The District Court gave judgment in favor of the American Automobile Insurance Company for the exact amounts paid by it as compensation to Mr. Kurzweg and to Henry Demby; for the amounts expended by it for surgical and hospital expenses to the same parties; and for the proven damage to the Oldsmobile sedan. These amounts were proven and are not here contested.

For the reasons assigned in, La. App., 38 So.2d 266, the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
