Opinion

Gilbert, J.

The decision in Altman v. Taylor, ante, a quo warranto proceeding in which Taylor was adjudged entitled to hold the office which is the subject of this injunction proceeding, is conclusive against the contentions of the plaintiff. Judgment affirmed.
