Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the disposition order entered in this case, but remand with directions to the trial court to either obtain appellant’s knowing and intelligent waiver on the record of a predisposition report, or order and consider a predisposition report prior to final disposition in this matter. See B.C. v. State, 681 So.2d 934 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996).

AFFIRMED; REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
