In an action to recover for damage to property as the result of a fire, order granting motion to vacate appellants’ notice to examine plaintiff before trial affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
