Full Text

After the Legislature elected for the years 1937 and 1938 the number of members of the House of Representatives shall not be less than fifty nor more than seventy-five and the number of members of the senate shall not be less than twenty-five nor more than thirty-five. The sessions of the Legislature shall be biennial except as otherwise provided in this Constitution.
