Each district of the court of appeals shall appoint a clerk of the court and other personnel to aid in the administration of the business of the court. Their salaries shall be within the limit of the legislative appropriation for that purpose. (Amended August 3, 1976) (This was Sec. 26 of Art. V prior to 1976)
