(a) A cultivation facility may sell marijuana plants, seeds, and usable marijuana only to a dispensary, other cultivation facility, or processer. (b) A cultivation facility may employ a transporter or a distributor to transfer marijuana from the cultivation facility to a dispensary, other cultivation facility, or processer.
