Full Text

(a) All powers granted to the commission under this amendment shall be in addition to the powers as already exist under Amendment 42 to the Arkansas Constitution and the laws of the State of Arkansas. (b) A member of the commission or other state official shall not be liable personally for any reason arising from the issuance of bonds under this amendment unless the person acts with corrupt intent.
